“Punish” is pretty accurate because there’s nothing Assad can do in retaliation to the US. The world is incredibly complex at the same time as it is simple.

America has (clearly) risen to such as state that other nations can’t do anything in retaliation.

And we, are so lucky to be born in such a nation where respect and international safety is a given.
